By using MicTask.dev("the Service"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our platform.

1. Description of the Service

MicTask.dev is an AI-powered productivity tool that lets users send audio and text messages via Telegram, transcribes them, and automatically generates organized tasks within the third-party service Notion.

2. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the service to process illegal, defamatory, or malicious content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, compromise its security, or abuse API usage limits.
  • Share access credentials in an automated way to evade paid-plan usage limits.

3. Reliance on Third Parties

MicTask.dev integrates directly with third-party platforms to function, specifically Telegram, Notion, and language-model providers (such as Groq/OpenAI). We are not responsible for service interruptions, API changes, or loss of functionality resulting directly from outages or decisions made by these third-party services.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

The Service offers a free plan (Free) with limitations and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to be charged on a recurring basis according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual).

Cancellations:You can cancel your subscription at any time from the platform settings. Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle's charge, but no refunds are issued for unused time in the current cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All audio, text, and tasks generated through the Service belong exclusively to you (or your respective employers/clients). MicTask.dev claims no ownership rights over the content you process using the tool. MicTask.dev's source code, design, and brand are the property of the company and may not be copied or reproduced without explicit authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to ensure that AI-generated tasks are accurate, we do not guarantee that the Service is free of errors (including, without limitation, AI "hallucinations" or incorrect interpretations of audio context). In no event shall MicTask.dev be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of substantial changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website.
