What applications does it currently support?
MicTask.dev is designed with deep, bidirectional integration exclusively for Notion. This allows us to make the most of its databases and custom properties.
Do I have to download an app?
There's an iPhone app, and there's the Telegram bot — whichever suits you. With Telegram you don't install anything: it's as easy as sending an audio to a friend.
Does it understand Spanish and other languages?
Absolutely. We use next-generation AI models that perfectly transcribe and understand context in over 50 languages, including Spanish, English, and Catalan.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every voice note costs us real transcription and AI time, so instead of a trial we keep the entry plan cheap and let you cancel whenever you want — no minimum term, no questions asked.
What happens when I run out of minutes?
Nothing is lost: your tasks and history stay exactly where they are. New voice notes stop being processed until your cycle resets at the start of the month, or until you move to a bigger plan. Typed notes keep working — they don't use minutes.
What happens to my audio?
It's transcribed to build the task and then it's gone. We never store the transcript text — only its length — and your notes are never used to train any model.
Why are typed notes unlimited?
Because minutes measure audio, and typing isn't audio. A typed note skips transcription — the expensive part — so it costs us a fraction of a voice note. You get the same task extraction into Notion, without touching your monthly minutes.
